Adhd med pomoć

I think there is a thread already, but it would be great if we had more information on telemedicine for ADHD. From what I can find, there was a big spike in these companies at first. Then the big retail pharmacies started whining about how many people were filling prescriptions, and the powers that be clamped down heavily.

I found a few that still prescribe, but have a list of states that they can still prescribe to, and they are very short lists.

Echoing what many of our fellow members have mentioned. I'll add some more information that might help broaden your understanding of available options. Beyond the traditional stimulant medications like Adderall (amphetamine salts) and Ritalin (methylphenidate), there are several other approaches and treatments for individuals who experience attention and focus issues — especially if stimulants are not well tolerated.

Potential Non-Stimulants:

Medications such as atomoxetine (Strattera) are designed to improve attention and reduce impulsivity without the stimulant component. These can be a valuable option if stimulants cause problematic side effects or are medically contraindicated.
Certain Antidepressants: Some doctors use bupropion (Wellbutrin) or tricyclic antidepressants off-label to help manage ADHD symptoms, particularly when mood-related symptoms overlap with attentional challenges.

Downsides are these take a bit of time (weeks) to really take effect therefore carry higher propensity for discontinuation.

Potential Natural Supplements (careful here):

Omega-3 fatty acids (EPA - make sure it's this kind), certain vitamins, or minerals to improve mental clarity, though the evidence is mixed. L-Theanine & Caffeine may also help but have no where near the efficacy of stimulants.

Nadam se da to pomaže!

Stimulants make me very uncomfortable. From Ritalin and0 adderall, to Straterra and buproprion, they give me the worst side effects. Pounding heart, anxiety and worsens other symptoms I have. So I use none of it, and am just tired all the damn time. I've sort of accepted it. I use kratom , it helps a little and doesn't do to me bad like stims do

I'm sorry, friend. Those side effects sound absolutely terrible. Have you tried lower doses or stimulants or anything?r Katom definitely has benefits but it does begin to build a physical dependency after a while of useage depending on the strain. That said, the barriers to buy Kratom are very low (for now at least). (Response to Just Alex above)

I can't even drink coffee. I tried taking 5mg of Ritalin once, but it was hell. Horrible shit for me. I hated meth as well , the one time someone got me to try it

I've had 90 of those sitting in a drawer for a number of years, they're no good for me. They're not as hard core as other stims, but they also make me have anxiety. I'm a mess when it comes to anxiety.

Anxiety is debilitating. Worse yet is higher anxiety, regardless of medication to help you focus, leads to even manje fokusa. It becomes an anxiety positive feedback loop, likely without you consciously identifying it as such.

Obviously, medications affect everyone differently but I have found that they alone don't have enough momentum to bring some sort of homeostasis to your overall health. That is to say there are tertiary aspects which help puno such as exercise, as trite as this sounds. I always discounted the benefits from these ancillary things for years up until I experimented with tracking my biometric data (literally every aspect) and the 4 weeks of being "active" versus 4 weeks of "sedentary" where a DAN i NOĆ difference (being active having enormous positive effects on overall health, mood, just everything).

Easier said than done, but even starting out small with a minimum daily steps goal can get the ball rolling!
